There’s a myth that if you take a walk in President’s Park holding hands, you’ll get married, explained Amanda as we strolled Clemson University‘s campus. One of many traditional superstitions of Clemson’s campus, this particular one may be the closest to her heart. On the evening Thomas proposed, he took her on a walk on the path through President’s Park, holding her hand, then asked her to marry him in the rotunda. Clemson has been the backdrop of their entire romance, meeting at orientation their freshman year and being together ever since. It was only appropriate that their engagement session be there as well.
We flew down for the day and had a GREAT time shooting such a fun couple! We started at the stadium, Death Valley, with one of Clemson’s other traditions, Howard’s Rock:
